Problem

Founders juggle projects, revenue, legal, tech debt, ideas, and daily activity across a dozen disconnected tools. Notion for docs, Linear for tasks, spreadsheets for MRR, GitHub for code, none of it talks to each other, none of it is truly yours.

Approach

Built a self-hosted, Docker-ready dashboard that covers the full founder stack: project pipeline (idea → building → beta → live → growing → sunset), MRR tracking with month-over-month history, 80+ item launch checklist, tech debt triage, GitHub integration, Telegram bot (morning briefings, idea capture, and notification if your project is down) and a native MCP connector so Claude can read and write project data directly, and more!

Outcome

MIT open-source on GitHub. Pre-built Docker image on GitHub Container Registry. First founder tool with native Claude/MCP integration. Self-host in under 10 minutes.
